Gateway Center is a 75,000 SF community center in Wilton, CT. The property is located on Route 7, a highly trafficked commercial thoroughfare connecting the Merit Parkway in Fairfield County to I-84 in Danbury. The center is located just north of the Merrit 7 office park, a six-building 1.4 million square foot office complex representing the largest corporate park in Fairfield County. Gateway Center is leased to TJMaxx, Michaels, Dollar Tree and Outback Steakhouse.
